Warranty coverage:

ChamRider warrants that the electric bicycle battery (" Battery ") purchased by the original purchaser from an authorized dealer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

ChamRider warranty provides compensation based on the hourly rate for labor as following:

NOTE: LABOR RATE IS 15$/H, COMPENSATION AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED FROM NEXT PAYMENT FOR THE GOODS.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover the following:

● Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and fading.

● Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper installation, including but not limited to exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or fire.

● Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons or entities.

● Third-party products or accessories that are not approved by ChamRider.

● Loss of performance due to normal aging, storage, or usage of the Battery.

Claim Procedure:

To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must notify ChamRider or its authorized dealer within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and access to the defective Battery. ChamRider or its authorized dealer will evaluate the claim and, if deemed valid, provide spare parts or replace the defective Battery at no charge to the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the warranty claim.

Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Battery. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in the Battery. ChamRider does not assume any other liability or responsibility for any other damages or losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or economic loss, arising from the use or inability to use the Battery.

This warranty is void if the Battery is used for commercial purposes, rented, or leased. This warranty is also void if the Battery is used in any application other than a standard electric bicycle, or if the Battery is used in conjunction with a non-compatible electric bicycle or charger.

ChamRider reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time without notice. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

ChamRider's online business return service is outlined below:

Apply for return

Consumers choose the reason for the return, provide a description of the problem, and submit a return request through our e-commerce platform.

Review return

We review the return request to ensure that the order information and reason for return comply with our return policy and conditions.

Send return

We provide the return address (either in China or a local warehouse) and logistics information to the consumer, who then sends the returned goods and provides relevant logistics information.

Receive and inspect goods

We inspect the returned goods to confirm that they are in a condition suitable for secondary sales.

Process refund / exchange

If the returned goods meet the return conditions, we will process the refund/exchange and return the refund/exchange amount to the consumer.
